Between gorgeous natural landscapes, an exciting nightlife, and a never-ending list of events and activities, Las Vegas is known for having a little something for everyone! Even the city’s wide variety of neighborhoods have unique aspects that complement any type of lifestyle.  

Summerlin

The neighborhood of Summerlin is as blissful as the name implies. Golf enthusiasts can choose from nine fantastic golf courses, including the renowned TPC Golf Courses, located near a plethora of shops and restaurants to enjoy after your 18 holes. To take advantage of our famously beautiful weather, parents of both babies and fur babies have over 200 parks to visit. There are also three resort hotels along with the City National Arena where our homegrown Golden Knights practice. Just beyond it all is the gorgeous scenery of Red Rock Canyon loaded with hiking trails, wildlife, and climbing routes.

Centennial Hills

For those who want more natural serenity over the hustle and bustle of the city, Centennial Hills is the perfect neighborhood. While many shops and restaurants are available in this area, the real attraction to Centennial Hills is the openness of the properties and the access to some real natural gems. Load the family up for a weekend visit to Floyd Lamb Park where you’ll find trees and ponds, farm animals, and dozens of beautiful photo opportunities. Or take a trip to the Gilcrease Orchard to pick your own fresh produce right from its roots! It sounds like it may be too good to be true but believe it or not, the Centennial Hills area has these experiences available right in your desert backyard.  

Southern Highlands

Tucked right in the picturesque foothills of Las Vegas, Southern Highlands is a community perfect for couples and families who prefer to be close to the action on The Strip: this neighborhood is a quick 15-minute drive from some of the greatest restaurants and shopping in the world! That’s not all Southern Highlands has to offer though: you’ll also find world-class golf courses, several parks and trails, and some of the best private and public schools in the city.
